Dar al-Islam
Triple the Rome
Europa Universalis IV
You've already unlocked large Islamic and conversion-related achievements (Dar al-Islam, Definitely the Sultan of Rum, A Manchurian Candidate, Bleed Them Dry), so these three keep pushing you deeper into big religious/political overhauls in the Middle East region with increasing strategic and conquest difficulty while leveraging your demonstrated strengths.

The Third Way
NieR:Automata
When I finished the major endings in NieR:Automata, I wanted to move on from the game and bought the remaining achievements from the "Strange Resistance Woman" who sells them for in-game currency. Some time after, I felt like I never really earned them, because I didn't do what their descriptions actually require. So I made this chain to track my progress as I go back and do them the right way.

You've already earned many Venice/HRE/naval and diplomatic achievements and these three build on that playstyle—pursuing high trade share and tight diplomatic manipulation in Italy (Venetian Sea), forcing core revocations through strong peace deals from a small maritime state (Core-fu), and leveraging imperial mechanics to become Emperor and decentralize the HRE (Everything's Coming Up Mulhouse) are thematically linked and achievable with your demonstrated strengths.

You've already chased big-European, trade and imperial achievements (lots of Spain/Austria/merchant and world-conquest trophies), so aiming for Fugger Banking, All Blue and Mehmet's Ambition leverages your strength in European finance/trade and imperial expansion while remaining natural next-step targets for your playstyle.
Fugger Banking
Mehmet's Ambition
Europa Universalis IV
You've already unlocked lots of maritime, trade and colonial achievements (World Discoverer, Trade Hegemon, All Your Trade Are Belong to Us, The Grand Armada, This navy can take it all and That is mine!), so pushing toward continent-spanning European dominance as Portugal (All Blue) and early global footholds (The Navigator) fits your playstyle and skillset. These two pair naturally — Portugal’s early exploration makes The Navigator straightforward and getting Europe under blue allies/subjects is a clear next strategic target. I included Trade Hegemon to reinforce your existing trade-focused play (you already have Trade Hegemon unlocked which shows you like trade control), but replacing that with a complementary goal keeps your progression focused on exploration → trade dominance → continental influence.

Poland finds itself in a very strong position in terms of total development at the beginning of the game to dominate whole Europe and the world. Having Lithuania as a subject that eventually will be integrated into the Commonwealth is another strong argument to that.
Geographically it isn't as well protected as it could be, and therefore we need to ensure that our southern and eastern borders are taken care of.
Start with weakining Ottomans by taking Constantinople/subjugating Byzantium, and therefore preventing them from using their jumpstart into expansion. Then use the dividedness of your eastern neighbours and their initial dependence on Golden Horde to cripple them even more and prevent from unification to secure this flank as well.
This chain deserves to be extended with more steps and maybe also chained together with Victoria 3 and HOI.
